The Challenge
Superhero Hotel opened on Nob Hill competing against hotels while not quite being one. On the booking sites its story was flattened into generic, checkbox-built descriptions it could not control, which drew the wrong guests and led to complaints. It needed to reach its real audience and build efficient, direct revenue instead of renting every guest from Booking.com and Expedia.
